Located between the liveliness of the Vauban port and the historical center of Antibes, the PV Residence Antibes is an exceptional site characterized by a successful mixing of architecture, water and vegetation. The residence is comprised of five small four-story buildings linked by Mediterranean gardens. In the center is an oasis, composed of cascading terraced pools ending in an unheated whirlpool. Leisure activities include a pool complex and deckchairs, as well as a small public sandy beach only 400 meters away. Available on site for hire are hair dryers, sewing kits, irons and ironing boards, and vacuum cleaners. Extra services payable on site include safe rental, breakfast, fax/photocopy service, indoor parking, baby-sitting service, and television hire. Pets are allowed for a fee. Each one-bedroom apartment includes a living room with two sofa beds, a bedroom with one double bed, a bathroom with washbasin and bath, and a kitchenette with four ceramic hotplates, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and electric coffee maker. Air-conditioning and a terrace are also featured. Television and telephone are available for a fee.

The constant bustle of Antibes makes it an attractive resort to visit. The historic center of the city, its alleys and fortifications can be visited on foot. Old Antibes also is home to the Grimaldi Castle and its Picasso museum, the History and Archaelogy Museum, the Tower Museum, and the Peynet Museum. Nearby in Nice are the Masséna, Matisse and Chagall museums. Markets throughout the year to visit include craft and clothes markets as well as provençale and flea markets. Water sports in the area include sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, and more. Other sporting activities include golf, miniature golf, tennis, horseback riding, biking, archery, and hiking. At night, the casino, cinema, night clubs, and restaurants are all within easy reach.

1 Avenue Frederic Mistral, Antibes, France - By road: From Paris, take the motorway A6, A7 towards Aix-en-Provence. Take the A8 to Antibes, followed by the D35 "Route de Grasse" towards Centre-ville/Port/Vauban, and follow this to the harbor. The public car park Port Vauban is opposite the residence and the entrance to the residence is 1 Avenue Frederic Mistral.
From Italy, exit at Antibes, then take the D35 "Route de Grasse." Follow the directions for Antibes Centre-ville and Port Vauban.
