Le Gauguin restaurant offers hungry guests at the Hotel Ambassadeur Concorde an informal environment to dine on Provencal- inspired dishes, such as sea bass with eggplant puree. The open, airy atmosphere of the hotel's Piano Bar features live piano playing on certain nights, along with the in-house specialty fruit drink called the Ambassadeur.
