Great location - view and accomodations

We brought our Rat Terrier and felt quite at home. Dogs were in the elevator frequently with their owners and there was a park across the street to take the dog to. Spacious, updated, clean rooms. Our air conditioner was broken and it took 3 calls until the hotel transferred us to another room. Gym has new equipment.

Got stuck in an elevator, and car batteries was dead and valet parking personel did not try to help until I got angry. Nice location and nice room.Will choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are amazing, and the staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. I will never stay anywhere else in Miami ever again!

This hotel was perfect for us as we needed a kitchen to prepare food for our baby. Condo was very nice. Contemporary furniture, modern appliances, and beutiful view of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. There is a nice supermarket within walking distance. Gym and pool were nice. The staff was helpful and professional. There is a parking valet fee of $15 per day but considering otehr rates in teh area this was a good deal and very convenient.

This hotel is above outstanding. The staff was professional and courteous; and the facilities were immaculate. I recommend anyone traveling for business or pleasure to use this hotel.

THIS HOTEL WAS EXCEPTIONAL THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, THE PLACE WAS BEAUTIFUL, I HAD A PARTY OF FOUR (2) COUPLES AND WE HAD A 2BDRM. SUITE AND THEY WERE AMAZED AT THIS ROOM AND EVERY YEAR WHEN WE GO TO MIAMI WE WILL DEFINATELY STAY WITH OPERA SUITES AND MARINA...

when i c/in no towels in the room. no shampoo or soap. no dish washer soap. plates and glasses missing. dvd player was missing.

Stayed at the Opera for a weekend getaway and the hotel exceeded my expectations! Decided to stay there because of the previous reviews and loved it! Will book this hotel again.

Great hotel/apartment room clean except the toilet. We had a great time the view was amaizing. And it ends up being cheaper since it comes w/ a full kitchen.

Hotel is nice. Suites were clean and spacious. spectacular view from the 49th floor. Only downside is that there are no shops or restaurants in the immediate area. You need a car to get around.

the decor and furniture was very nice, spacious rooms and bathrooms, kitchen, and a very large balcony that shows the view of downtown miami! for a 2 adult room, u can fit up to 5 ppl. the only bad and expensive thing was $15 a day for parking because there is no parking anywhere else around the hotel, and if you don't mind dogs, it's a dog friendly environment where almost everyone has one

The hotel was immaculate. I was surprised to find out that is was part hotel and part condominium but not in a bad way. The valet parking was $15 per day which was an expected expense for a downtown location. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the view was outstanding. I will definitely become a regular at the Opera.

Our stay was beyond my expectations. The suite was very spacious, and being on the 42nd floor, we had beautiful views of Miami, especially at night! Very clean and well worth the price.

Great hotel. Nice view from the 50th floor. Really nice rooms. Location could be better, too far away from the Miami Beach. And the valet parkin 15$/night, too much.

From the moment I pulled in to valet, I knew that Opera Suites and Marina was not originally a hotel. But when I left I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Even though this "hotel" had no room service, I was very pleased with the condition, decor and cleanliness of the room. But what topped it was the view of Miami Downtown and Port of Miami from the balcony on the 46th floor of my room. Friends that came and visited liked the room very much as well. I would very likely return to Opera Suites.

OMG!!!! I absolutely loooooooved this place!!! My Fiance and I are actually looking forward to permanently lease one of their units!!! This place makes you feel at home!!! South Beach is a short taxi drive away. There aren't any places to eat inside of the building, but you do have a fully equipped kitchen. Also, there are tons of restaurants across the street at the DoubleTree Hotel.

The room was very nice, lots of space and CLEAN very important. View was really nice from the 41st floor. There is traffic noise from the balcony during the day but it was too bad. For the money is was a GREAT value. I plan on staying there again soon.

the hotel was great even though the staff wasnt too knowledgable about alot of things. the rooms are huge and all i had was a studio. the view was nice but dont plan on sharing a bed. it was like a full size bed when i was expecting atleast a queen. it was stiff and the bottom supports for the mattress felt like it was gonna fall out. sleeping was my only real issue. the parking garage was very secure though.

A very nice location if you have access to a car. The valet was 15$/night. Our apartment was on the 51st floor with breathtaking views over the Bay and Miami. The room was cleaned every day, but no soap or other toaletteries were supplied. The pool area on the 11th floor was very nice too if a little traffic noise doesn't hurt your ears (That's to be expected in Downtown). Only down point was that the jacuzzi was VERY dirty.

Our family of four with an 18 year old and 4 year old stayed just one night after a cruise and found the hotel to have everything we needed apart from food service. However, just across the street there was the Doubletree hotel with various eating options. We stayed at teh Opera Suites because the room configuration suited us (my husband and I in the main bedroom, our son in the other bedroom and our 4 year old duaghter on the couch in the living room and because it was quite a bit cheaper than the Doubletree). We were also able to do our laundry in the room which was convenient after the cruise. And it was a short taxi ride from the Jungle Island park. My only small complaints were that one of the lamps on the night stand didn't work and a tack strip between the bedroom and tiled living area wasn't there and a tack was sticking slightly up. Overall we were pleased with our stay and would return.

Room was great - new, big, clan. i wish it was more of a hotel in lobby - but this will not prevent us from coming back. we had 2 kids and they loved it! pool was nice... all was great. one comment - they did not have trash bin in the room... silly but tats it.

I have got to say this is the BEST place I have stayed in! My husband and I stayed here one night prior to our honeymoon cruise. I have done a lot of traveling and I am a very PICKY person about my accomodations! The Opera Suites and Marina far surpassed my expectations! This property is NICE! It offers amazing views from the 56th floor, we could see Port of Miami, Bayside, downtown Miami and Southbeach all from our extended balcony. We booked a 1 bedrooms suite! The staff is VERY helpful and informative! They have a pool on the 11th floor of the hotel. The property does have valet parking....which is $15 usd a day...this is some of the cheapest Valet parking I believe in Miami. You can not go wrong staying at this property. I will be back!

Got to the room after a bad day at the airport to find there was no soap. Could not find a number for the front lobby, the number on the flyer in the room was only good during business hours and it was 10 at night. Went down to the lobby for soap and was told that I could not get any until the cleaning crew came in the next morning.

I found drug paraphernalia in my room under the carpet. the room was not cleaned before we went in obviously. it was a very nice room. customer service was poort at best, took about 2 hours to get some towels brought up

I went down for Ultra Music Festival and the location of the hotel was awesome. The things I did not like about this hotel was that the bed was a full size, small like the one you may have had when you were a kid and they did not have any regular pillows. My boyfriend & I slept on the decorative pillows, which were ripped/frayed. Supposedly they 'ran out'. The 49th floor was nice for the view, but the elevator stopped often which was quite annoying. But decent for the money & location.

Very appealing to the eye. Great location, 10 minute walk to the Mall and AA Arena. Stores across the street in the Mariott for groceries and a quick bite. No pull out couch, so we had to share the bed, no biggie though, it was a huge king with room for three. Great view of the water, right next to the Marina. Kitchen was well equipped with cups, plates, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, food disposal. Don't eat at the steak place across the street in the Marriott, 83 dollars for two people, tip was included. No resuatrant or room service. People were very nice. Spoke english well. $15 valet, we didn't have a car, but that's very expensive. 15 per day. Internet is 8 dollars for a day, and 21 for a month, so we just spent the 21. Overall, a great stay. Very, very nice, clean, comfortable, huge bed, great service, and I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, nice interior, and great neighborhood and close to the beach. I am not sure which beach it is but it sits across from the hotel.

This Hotel\Condo Conversion is gorgeous. I am from Lauderdale and stayed down in Miami for a show. The hotel is beautiful, had the one bedroom suite which was cheaper than the Double Tree and Marriott which are a block away. Bayviews and City Views were great, almost didn't want to leave. The shower had two heads and some wall faucets as well. It was very luxurious. Two comments that may be cons are: valet was $15 per night and there is no room service or restaurant, but I would stay there every time I go to Miami.

This is a condo that is converted to some hotel rooms. The decor is an Asian theme and extremely modern and clean.

It certainly is not your "normal" hotel, but if you're looking for a "home away from home" experience, this is the best place for you! It has a full kitchen, loaded with what you will need if you decided to cook rather than eat out. The view is excellent of the city and the water, although it may depend on what floor and what side of the building. The pool and hot tub were a plus. No front desk but there are people available if you need anything. Housekeepers will clean your condo style hotel if you stay more than 1 or 2 days. Overall, excellent location (easy access to hwy, bridge to SoBe, downtown, park,etc) service, secure building and clean. I would stay here again and recommend to those that want a non-traditional hotel stay and away from the SoBe experience.

The hotel is actually a residential condo building, so the rooms are all spacious enough to live in. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, and overlooked both the water and downtown. The room was dirty, however. It had obviously not been swept thoroughly and was dusty. But for the price paid, it was well beyond a GREAT deal! Location is really convenient as well.

The building and rooms are brand new. The people is very candid and warm. Considering that they are starting the Hotel, they do not have much services set up.

Free Parking here costs $15 a night and a king bed is really a double...not a king, not a queen, a double! My wife was not happy...therefore I was not able to be happy!

review is in the title: Great views of Biscayne Bay Bombing in the park causes concern no one is found Fire alarm stops elevator operations the next day and building ordered evacuated with me on the 35th floor, 80lbs of gear and a plane to catch. Tough walk down! No one comes to assist. Price isn't a good deal in this case.

The opera suites is more like an apartment complex used for night/week stays. Everything was very nice, the vies was beautiful. My only gripes were the fact that there wasn't an adequate amount of customer service, and the apartment, although advertised- is not fully equipped. Be prepared or be specific in your expectations when booking. All in all though- it was a great stay and I would go back.

for the most part the hotel was nice but one female at the front desk could of told me that the television nor the frig was working. when i got n the room everything was nice but when i turned on the tv it didnt work. so then two men knocked on the door to repair them. my girlfriend flew in town to surprise me on valentines day so we looked up some hotels and chose this one. so the men said that they we're their to fix the tv's and that it was gonna take an hour or so causing me and my girl to leave so they can do their work. we called the front desk and they told us that their were no other rooms available so that was suck. i just didnt understand why they would put us in a room with no power. so we got back from lunch and got settled and the frig was still not working. thank god our stay was only 2 days but besides that the hotel is nice with geat views for downtown and the coast

WE HAD 7 ROOMS AND THE STAFF HELP US TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY ONE WAS IN THE RIGTH ROOM. WE HAD KIDS IN SOME ROOMS AND OTHERS WERE ADULTS ONLY. THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE. ROOMS HAVE NICE FURNITURE; THE KITCHEN IS MODERN; EVERY THING WORKS. THE POOL WAS COLD (THE WATHER WAS COLD) THE ROOM'S VIEW WAS NICE(MAKE SURE TO BOOK AT LEAST 45TH FOOLR FOR BETTER VIEW) THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO ALL THE STAFF IN THE FRONT DESK THAT MADE OUR VISIT A GREAT EXPERENCE.

Even though you can stay one night, it's not really a hotel. More apartment rental style. Having a washer/dryer is a nice touch. The balconies were nice too. We stayed here before going on a cruise, about a 10 minute cab ride. Cabs are more plentiful to grab from the hotel across the street. Also at the hotel across the street are a few restaurants and shops. Why not stay there, more expensive and it's just a standard hotel. This place is like a one bedroom apartment. The only thing is, there is no shampoo or laundry detergent if you want to do laundry. They should add this.

Opera Suites, wie der Name vermuten lässt, ist das eigentlich kein Hotel sondern ein Wohnhaus, dessen oberste Etagen (Penthaus) vermietet werden. Komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Studio mit unglaublichem Blick auf Downtown und Miami Beach. Housekeeping gibt es auch und das Management war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
