One thing we have to admit is the great location of the hotel. The arrangement of the bathroom is not ideal. They didn't put any curtain around the bath tub, so when you have shower, you will just flood the floor. Some hotel stuff were really rude. Is that a typical German way, I was wondering...? We checked out, paid the bill and then went out to museum before picking up our luggages and catching flight in the evening. When we got back around 6pm, the hotel receptionist told us that the bill was not correct and we had to pay some more. Moreover, they positioned the situation as if it had been caused by us and we had done something badly wrong! We did ask the stuff to apologize and change her attitude. On other logistics, the hotel staff seemed to be disorganized. We paid for our limo at the reception, but apparently the driver was told wrong information or wasn't briefed properly. When we reached airport, the driver insisted that we hadn't paid yet and was arguing with us for a few minutes before checking with the hotel.

Great location!! Price we paid was too high for this hotel, but went we stayed during high season. Hotel had a restaurant and bar on property, but did not offer room serivce. Room service would have made our stay better. Staff very helpful!!

The Hotel is exactly what we needed for the location. Its one block from the train station (which is a plus when you're walking with luggage) and its one block from Karlplatz/Marianplatz which is where all of the "sights" are. Its very contemporary and the rooms are clean. The bathroom which was nice and big had great water pressure in the shower, another big plus for me. The sink and shower could have been a little cleaner but then again, its faux black marble which showed all the hard water stains so maybe I'm being a little too picky. The entire first floor is a relaxed cafe/bar which was very convenient for both food and drinks. I think for the price, it was very reasonable.

Modernes, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr kontaktfreudig durch das sehr gut besuchte Bar-Restaurante. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Minibar im Preis inklusive.

Dieses Hotel kann nur empfohlen werden! Ausgezeichnete Lage, super Service, wunderbares Essen usw...

Wir haben 2 mal Abends gespeist im Hotel als Hotelgäste und wurden immer für einen schlechten Tisch zugewiesen, wo es immer zog. Wir wurden auch immer wieder gefragt ob wir einbißchen essen wollen oder viel, was ist den das für eine Frage? Wie nervig! Mir ist der Kragen geplatz und habe mir einfach einen eigenen Tisch im "offenen" Bereich ohne Tischdecke gesucht! Immerhin haben wir an 2 Abenden 150,- € gelassen für diesen schlechten Service am Anfang. Die asiatische Bedienung (eine junge Frau) war topp und sehr aufmerksam und hat somit unsere Stimmung wieder gehoben. Ansonsten ist das Personal für diese Kategorie Hotel, eher schlecht eingestellt worden!
