Radisson SAS Hotel Leeds - Leeds

Very central location, beautiful decor in rooms and high-quality staff

I was really impressed with this hotel. From the minute you walk in, you feel a luxurious and relaxed air, and the reception area itself is very nice and well-appointed. We arrived around 11am and the receptionist immediately checked for an available room - not all hotels are as accommodating - and found one straightaway. The art deco themed room had a very comfortable bed, and was clean and spacious. The bathroom was lovely too. There was no noise disturbance at all, even though it was over the Bank Holiday weekend. The only thing to note is the pricey parking in The Light - £15 per 24 hours (a discounted hotel guest rate) so it's worth taking that into account. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel so I can't comment on that - I would have loved the opportunity to though!

Booked Queensize bed, just got a double. These hotels are always clean, however there were some nasty stains on the carpet Always a problem paying in advance, when you check in they try to take it again. Plus side, you can actually open the windows - yippee. Staff on reception could do with smile training, seems to be the same with other Radisson Hotels. Still would go again and again

A confortable hotel, with pleasant and helpful staff. Instructions on how to drive to it were insufficent and it took a long time to get into the car park as signposting to the Light P was inadequate. Small things wrong like the bath plug not working and only one water glass. But otherwise the room was well laid out comfortable and clean. Godd position int he centre of town, but car parking too expensive at 15 a night. Better discounis should be arranged. I would however certainly stay again.

Very clean and well maintained hotel, staff were helpful and dealt with queries quickly.

All great apart from the bed was a little too soft.

Room was average for a Radissons hotel. Very cold, air-con / heater cassette only blowed tepid air and it was cold during the night. For the discounted cost it wasn't bad but no breakfast included and it would have cost £14 pp if you had wanted one!

Very good, would go back. Great location in centre of Leeds.

Spotless hotel, very good soundproofing, comfortable room. An outstanding hotel for a city centre location. My only criticism was that our non-smoking room was next door to a row of smoking rooms - these were very noisy.

This hotel in the heart of the city centre was so comfortable with well appointed rooms, mini bar, coffee maker, hairdryer etc. Got a deal on parking through the hotel and a superb buffet breakfast included in the hotel cost.

Hotel rooms new,modern and clean. The only one problem was the heating- well the lack of it. We were freezing the whole night. We should have complained but didn't realise until we got back late at night and were too tired to be bothered but I wish we had as it was freezing. Apparently they had quite a few rooms with the same problem that weekend so lets hope they have sorted it out. Otherwise it was a really lovely hotel and would stay again but ensure beforehand the rooms central heating is working.

Vi er reisevante har bodd på ulike hotell i Leeds, men dette var en meget god opplevelse. Meget høy standard på alle fasilliteter og god service. Flere hyggelige spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet var også positivt.Frister absolutt til gjentakelse.

Bokade ett Business klass rum för familjen och rummet var både rymligt och bekvämt. Incheckningen var snabb och smidig. En bonus var den kostnads fria datorn som hotelets gäster kunnde avända i lobbyn. Frukosten var manifik inget saknades. Det var dessutum lungt och ro givande.
