I Was upgraded to a buisness suite from a standard room upon arrival at no extra cost due to limited smoking rooms. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and respectful. The room was very clean and the layout was nice as well. I would definetely stay here again and/or recommend friends and family to stay there as well. And the location is convenient and safe!

I stayed at this hotel for five days when I was on vacation in Miami.The hotel staff were very helpful,polite and welcoming.There was a shuttle to the airport at no fee which was great.Serene neighborhood.I will definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I am in Miami.The TV set in my room however, was a bit old fashioned.Great overall value for my money

good location if you are in transit. closed by to both international and dolphin malls. service was fine but there were hairs on my bathub and toilet. that threw me back. the next day we moved to the next door hotel best western which was fine.

I stayed in the Baymont Inn and found that the quality matched the price I paid for one night. There is a Chick-Fil-A, Wendy's, Chevron gas, and CVS all within walking distance and some other restaurants and shopping nearby. The continental breakfast is really one of the best I have had. They have a good selection of fruit, danishes, bagels, juice, coffee, and even provide batter and a waffle maker. The airport shuttle service is good but keep in mind that it only passes once every hour. The only major complaint I have is that the wireless internet service didn't work in my room and even when they got me an ethernet cord, I still couldn't log on. Luckily, I was able to use the lobby computer to do what I needed to do online. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

room cleanliness was 75%less than at home. Regardless of first night stay with a note to the cleaning lady including a tip. Smelly room.

There were ants all over the door to our room and the musky smell coming from the vents of the air conditioner was so bad we had to buy an air freshner. The front desk clerk seemed to be bothered by us checking in, I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Not luxurious, but considering the deal I got on a beachside hotel, my room was fine. The bathrooms were nice and look like they had been recently redone. The only thing was the pool was out of towels, and I asked the staff three times to please bring some because I needed to dry off and leave and they never brought them, even over the course of two hours. Other than that, it had a modern, appealing and clean lobby and the pool area was enjoyable. I would stay here again if I got another good deal on it.

The hotel is in a very good location and I felt the area was a very safe one. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The room amenities were outstanding.

Stayed at this hotel a year ago and was very pleased but this time it needed Help. The carpet in the room was very dirty and the wireless internet never worked properly (mostly down). Referred to front desk but it did not help. The location is great.

I was very pleased with the overall stay at the hotel. The only negative was that I had to pay $35 for a taxi to the hotel because the shuttle stops running at 10 PM. I would not stay there in the future if my flight is coming in late.

We did not have internet access in our bedroom, help desk recommended the lobby where it worked. Breakfast was not good, very few choices and nothing worth calling "breakfast".

We were only there one night and have nothing good to say about this hotel. The so called "free" shuttle service ended before our plane landed so we had to pay $30.00 for a 35 minute cab ride. Not close to the airport like expected. The hotel staff were all quite incredibly rude and the continental breakfast was basically cereal and a broken waffel machine.

It was an average hotel. Nothing fancy. There airport shuttle doesn't start running until 6am. Our flight was at 6am so it didn't do us any good. It was close to places to eat so that was good. Otherwise it was average.

Just because the name is Baymont "airport" does not mean that it is near the airport. I had to wait about 1 and 1/2 hrs for the shuttle to get back to the airport and pick me up and it cost me another $32 for the taxi to take me to the airport because the shuttle does not start until 6am. The carpet in the room had numerous holes. the TV volume had to be adjusted just about every other channel, it was either too loud or not loud enough. I asked for a complementary razor and they had none. It would have been more economical to have paid more somewhere else.

This is a great room for the money. My only complaint was that their was a small problem w/the ceiling. It looked as if there was a leak & it wasn't patched correctly, so part of it was coming off, about 3 inches wide & 1 foot long.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. There was only one setback and that was because the wireless internet service was down for most of the weekend. Out of the three days we were there it was only working for a total of 4 hours. Other than that everything was wonderful. I would pick this hotel again. In fact, I will probably look for the Baymont first when planning other trips.

Good: Stayed in hotel to be close to Miami and have easy access to Dolphin Stadium north of Miami. Hotel is in a clean area of Doral which is only a few blocks from the Florida Turnpike for access to the Keys or north to the stadium. Room and hotel was clean, checkout not until noon. Nice waffle machine for breakfast, and lots of parking available. Bad: Breakfast area small, had to wait in line to access breakfast. Only one elevator, found myself using the stairs at times because elevator was busy. Overall: A great stay for the price, would stay again.

Our stay was excellent overall. There was only one drawback. The internet service in the hotel was down the entire weekend. The free wifi was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. But other than that everything was excellent.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable. We used the computer and internet and also enjoyed the breakfast that had many choices for all tastes. The food was fresh and appealing. The entire hotel was very clean and well taken care of. We also used the laundry facility which was efficient and convenient. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: hotel was up-to-date and modern, friendly staff (at checking and housekeeping), good location, free parking, room was clean and modern as well, breakfast selection was average. Cons: remote to TV did not work (ask staff for replacement batteries, still didn't work), annoying buzzing sound from outside (not sure what it was), wireless internet in room was down (staff said its been down for 6 days) and had go to hotel lobby to use my laptop, breakfast area was small and crowded. Overall, for the price, I anticipated less and got a little more. Was happy with my stay.

Room was very clean and close to the airport. The evening shift desk clerk was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and helped us find our way around the area. Shuttle service was offered to the airport, I did not see this on the listing however. I will book this hotel again when I go back to Miami.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always had a good experience. the rooms are clean and well kept. the staff is courteous and genuine with making sure your stay is satisfactory. i would recommend this hotel to all my friends

Pros: The staff were wonderful, 1 wk stay was 1/3 less than a competing hotel, room was quickly freshened. Cons: Stained comforter, no in-room safe, just 1 elevator, 2 soft drink vending machines were broken. A problem the local hotels have is someone is letting the local pizza establishments stuff multiple flyers under your door, every night. I drew the line when one tried the door handle.

The people answering the phones when we called were not very friendly. We felt as if we were imposing when we called from the airport for the shuttle service. When we arrived at the hotel, the gentleman at the desk greeted the man that drove the shuttle while we were standing there, continued to work on his paperwork and then greeted us when he was done. I was not impressed with the service at this hotel at all.

after booking at the baymont i went back and read some of the readers comments about their stay and some of these comments were very unfavorable and very recent but i figured i can take anything for a night. coming back from meetings that day i expected the worse but was surprised to say the least. personel very friendly and helpful, room was immaculate and overall condition of the hotel was fine. the other comments had me expecting torn carpeting, filthy rooms and lousy continental breakfast. yes i would recommend and also will stay there again.
