Hotel Mayerhof - Munique

I picked this hotel because of its attractive price, but was surprised to find it of excellent quality. The staff were always very helpful and friendly, this made a big difference to me as I travel a lot. The location is ideal if you cant afford to stay in the very centre, because its only 10 minutes walk to the metro and then 2-3 stops to the city center, its also handy to the olympic park (20-min walk) where there is a swimming pool and great open space. There is also a very good Bavarian-style restaurant directly opposite with great food and prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, which is the only thing that stops this hotel getting top marks. It gets a little uncomfortable in the summer, and if you are in the front of the hotel the road noise prevents you opening the window (alwyas ask for a room at the back of the hotel!). I highly recomend this hotel !

Sehr guter Service, Zimmer voll ausgestattet-ausreichend Platz

Das Hotel liegt an einer Haupteinfallstraße nach München, sehr zentral aber daher auch sehr laut. Wir haben ein Zimmer gehabt, dass zur Straße hin lag, dementsprechend war es sehr laut. Das Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage, es war sehr warm und konnte auch nicht gut belüftet werden, da es dann zu laut war. Keine Rolläden vor den Fenstern, man konnte die Sonne daher nicht am Aufheizen des Zimmers hindern. Das war allerdings der einzige Nachteil. Ansonsten ist das Hotel für Städtereisende zu empfehlen, es liegt direkt an einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle und zu S-Bahn ist es auch nicht weit. Der Empfang ist durchgehend besetzt, man braucht keinen Schlüssel mitzunehmen. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen, aber darauf achten, dass wir ein Zimmer zum Hof bekommen können.

Hôtel à proximité du tram et du S-Bahn, à 20 min du centre. Il contient 3 parkings: des places juste devant l'hotel (gratuit), un parking intérieur (8€) avec barrière et digicode et enfin un parking souterrain (13€). Cependant, pour un hôtel 4***, on ne parle à l'accueil qu'en Allemand et Anglais, et encore, l'Allemand est bien privilégié.

Ottima posizione logistica per visitare la città

Bra beliggenhet i forh. til sentrum. Både S-Bahn (tog) og trikk rett ved. En del trafikk i hovedgaten utenfor forstyrret nattesøvnen når vinduet var åpent. Bra hotellpris, men frokosten var lovlig dyr (Euro 15!) selv om den var god.

Very good hotel, beautyful rooms and very clean. The stuff is very friendly. Location is not so good but you can go by bus or tram to the city center in a few minutes.

wir waren für drei Tage in dem Hotel und es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Als wir ankamen, hatten wir erst ein mulmiges Gefühl. Ein Anstrich der Fassade könnte nicht schaden. Innen war aber alles sehr gut. Toller Service. Sehr nettes Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Gute Infrastruktur. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen. Das erschien uns etwas zu teuer.Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.

The hotel is good, but the staff is even better. You can ask them any information at any time; regarding worthfull places, public transport or parking your car. Please do not be scared from the parking and breakfast prices.

Freundliches Personal

Das Hotel hat uns wirklich angenehm überrascht! Überall ist es sehr sauber, schöne, saubere Standardzimmer, überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, es gibt eine Tiefgarage und das Beste ist die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Hoteleingang (man muss nur eine Straße überqueren). Die Fahrt bis direkt in die Stadt dauert dann 20 Min.! Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich habe nur eine Nacht übernachtet, ohne Frühstück, war aber zufrieden, würde nochmals kommen

Auch wenn wir nur eine Übernachtung hatten der Eindruck war sehr gut, Rezeption sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell. Sehr günstige Lage, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Eingang. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
